Delete your account

In the app or on the website

1. Open the expansion works app, or sign in at www.expansion-works.com/members/.
2. Go to You, then Account.
3. Under Your data, by design, choose Delete account and confirm twice.

Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in details.
• Your progress, check-ins, 0 to 10 ratings and notes.
• Your library, including anything you bought.
• Any sessions saved for offline on that phone.
• Your email address on our mailing list.

What is kept

Payment and invoice records, held by our payment provider Stripe for as long as UK tax law requires (currently six years). Nothing else is kept.
