What is MAP?
MAP Method (Make Anything Possible™️) is based on the latest neuroscience discoveries and offers a breakthrough in coaching. Based on the discoveries of Dr Garry A. Flint PhD, MAP helps release and neutralise memory-based issues, rewiring long-term memories, even from childhood.
Negative experiences are often ignored but continue to affect us unconsciously, driving unwanted thoughts and beliefs. MAP gently rewires these memories and mental patterns in minutes, permanently addressing what suppresses success.
You don’t need to recall when painful memories were created, and even forgotten ones can be treated. The focus is on resolving present issues, neutralizing negative associations for lasting freedom.

Meet your coach
With 15+ years in the creative industry, James began as a photographer before moving into fashion and advertising production, later founding a company focused on future tech creatives. His work includes projects with Björk, Julia Fox, Maison Margiela, Tom Ford, Prada and Vogue.
James began his personal development journey with mentor Fabian Hirose, exploring therapies including BWRT, Constellations, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and MAP Method™. Contributing workshops including “Fashion Burnout”.
Now a certified MAP Coach, James blends both lived and industry insights with a holistic, intuitive approach to help professionals create deeper alignment to unlock their potential.
Preparation
If this is your first time working with MAP, will need to book in for a ‘Intro session’ where we will train your brain on the process. Ahead of your first session, you will need watch a short video to educate your brain on the process, with the intro session lasting up to 45 minutes.
If you have worked with MAP before with another coach, there is no need to repeat this process. You can go ahead and book in for your full MAP Sessions right away.

Sessions
MAP sessions last up to 1 hour 15 and results begin immediately. Depending on your goals and subject, multiple sessions may be needed depending on the size of the topic.
All sessions are online via Google Meet. Please ensure you are in a private space where you can relax and where you wont be interrupted.

Just bring yourself and a list of things you'd like to work. It can sometimes help to have a pen and paper for any insights you may have after. Please make sure you have a good internet connection, headphones, and your camera on. Your video link is in the session invite. Please ensure your software is up to date.

That's a great question. MAP is a wonderful complement to therapy. While therapy often focuses on understanding and talking through issues, MAP works directly with your subconscious to gently neutralise the root emotional or belief themselves, often very quickly and without needing to talk through the details.

Many clients say they feel a significant shift, like a sense of lightness or neutrality during their very first session. While some issues resolve very quickly, deeper patterns may take a few sessions. You'll often feel calmer and more resourceful right away.

Yes, the process is very safe and one of its core principles is gentleness. You are always in control, and we never force you to re-live or push through a difficult feeling. The most common feeling reported after a session is a sense of lightness, calm, or neutrality.

Once the session is complete, you should be left feeling calm, grounded and relaxed. Sometimes, you might feel a bit tired, which is just your brain integrating the positive changes. Drinks lots of water and ground yourself. A walk and fresh air is a great way to do this.
