Terms of Service: Expansion Works

1. Coaching Agreement By engaging with James Hazlett-Beard (the “Coach”) and Expansion Works, the “Client” voluntarily agrees to participate in MAP Method™ coaching sessions. The MAP Method™ is a neuroscience-based approach designed to help neutralise emotions and support alignment with personal goals. This process is educational and transformational.

2. Voluntary Participation & Withdrawal Participation in MAP sessions is voluntary. Clients may withdraw at any time without penalty. The Client remains responsible for their own well-being and life decisions throughout the process.

3. Confidentiality & Legal Disclosure All information shared in sessions is confidential. In accordance with UK law, confidentiality will not be breached except where required by law, including:

  • Risk of serious harm to self or others.

  • Requirements under the Terrorism Act 2000.

  • Valid court orders or safeguarding mandates.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy Full payment is due prior to or at the time of service.

  • 48 Hours Notice: A minimum of 48 hours is required to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations within this window incur a 50% fee.

  • 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations within 24 hours or "no-shows" will be charged at the full session rate.

5. Insurance MAP coaching services may not be covered by health insurance. The Client accepts full responsibility for payment regardless of insurance status.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Expansion Works and James Hazlett-Beard shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of coaching services. The Client agrees to indemnify Expansion Works against any claims arising from reliance on the coaching process as a medical treatment.

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Data Protection (UK GDPR) Personal data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR. Information is stored securely and used only for the delivery of coaching services. Clients have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of data by contacting the Coach.
