With over 15 years in the creative industries and as an Agency Founder, James has navigated the high-level demands of working with the world’s leading brands and talents, including Björk, Julia Fox, Prada, and Vogue. He understands the friction between high ambition and inner peace, and he knows the internal resistance that can quietly sabotage our vision.

James grounded his approach by immersing himself in the mechanics of his own mind, exploring BWRT, CBT, EFT, EMDR, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

It was the MAP Method that finally helped James resolve his burnout and clear the limiting beliefs holding him back. This personal breakthrough led him to certify as a MAP Coach, giving him the tools to facilitate rapid, lasting shifts for others.

Preparation

If this is your first time working with MAP, will need to book in for a ‘Intro session’ where we will train your brain on the process. Ahead of your first session, you will need watch a short video to educate your brain on the process, with the intro session lasting up to 45 minutes.

If you have worked with MAP before with another coach, there is no need to repeat this process. You can go ahead and book in for your full MAP Sessions right away.

Sessions

MAP sessions last up to 1 hour 15 and results begin immediately. Depending on your goals and subject, multiple sessions may be needed depending on the size of the topic.

All sessions are online via Google Meet. Please ensure you are in a private space where you can relax and where you wont be interrupted.
